My mate did something called 'The Bin Laden'; Dustbin over his head withh Bin Laden's face painted on, was made to spin around until he didn't know where he was, attached him to the swing quietly without him realising, walked him to the edge, then said "don't jump yet whatever you do" and pushed him off backwards. Terrifying. good fun though.
