Reports that the Bosphorus Bridge is closed, Jets above Ankara and Army out in large numbers. Other reports have soldiers disarming the police.

How are those 70 Million Turks going to get to the UK if the bridge is closed ?

End of Days.

Not necessarily. Strangely enough, this could be a good thing. The Turkish Army is a fierce believer in secular Turkey and they tend to move in, as they do in Egypt when the government veers too far towards Islamism. Given that Erdogan is currently President, it's not too surprising that this has occurred.

Tanks on the streets and soldiers telling people to get indoors. "Not a practice"

Could be interesting, are the army making a grab for power or do they feel that Erdogan's pro-Muslim government have betrayed the secular constitution set out by Ataturk ?

Very good.

Erdogan also broke the two year cease fire against the Kurds. The thought of the Kurds controlling the Syrian boarder horrifies Erdogan. Speaking to a few Turks they reckon they are close to a civil war.
