That will have really hurt Roberto, being trounced by his mate.
He needs to take a good look at his work and refocus everyone.
If he doesn’t want that challlenge then maybe we get someone in who can organise us defensively. .
The camera cut to him after we were carved open in the first few minutes and caught a 'gulp' moment.
I think it would hurt him much more if it had been someone like Conte or Mancini - one of the old school

Totally agree, we look like conceding every time a team attacks us quickly. It's a huge issue now. It's all last ditch. We're so open.

My Albion rollercoaster would welcome a next coach who makes us fkn hard to score against too.

On another night we’d have won 4-nil (if VAR worked, Dunk cleared, we could finish, deflection goes in and football wasn’t so corrupt already)

The major positive is that a lot of potential suitors will realise that RDZ is not the Messiah. Even with greater resources they will be worried that there appears to be a huge inflexibility in his tactical approach. Undoubtedly we've played some incredibly attractive football and we've been decimated by injuries to key players at crucial times. However, there times when we could be more cautious, play the percentages and winning ugly shouldn't be off the table. Just sometimes around the box we could be more direct and why not put a shot in sometimes rather than trying to walk it in. You don't need to abandon your core principles but you need to be able to adapt to a situation.

I beat the system! Decided to leave late to avoid sweating in a cramped bus while the Stasi get set to go, only to find there was no bus available and so the Stasi let us free to wander about.

Set the walking satnav and 2 mins later hailed a cab to my accommodation for 14 euros well spent. Before 10 was hunkering down to a large Birra Moretti and a pizza.

I should have done same before game. Intended to but got browbeaten by many posts from friends and family worrying about the stabbings. So dutifully took 2.5hours to do a journey that would have taken 30 minutes and been perfectly fine.

When we next get into Europe I have resolved to avoid these unnecessary buses as far as possible.

I won the Beat the Pro Challenge against Sussex CCC's John Simpson this evening (solely thanks to the loads of money my supporters raised for Cystic Fibrosis).

Loads of positives as an experience. Yes, a heartbreaking loss, but it’s another incredible moment in what has been a sublime European adventure. An experience like no other.

We are living in the golden age of the Albion even if we lost tonight. It was very easy to remember that in the ground tonight - despite what happened on the pitch.

Brighton factually.....
I don’t have to bova about going to any more games this season, it’s all a dead rubber 👌

Edit: this morning I feel deflated and like I’ve had my zest removed

but the team need us now more than probably last night, of course I’ll be there Sunday and next Thursday
to show my love and appreciation

I wouldn't be too sure on taking the taxi on the way there.

I did and got completely screwed over by some old dodger who dropped me off the wrong side of the stadium. I had to walk round and at certain point mainly by the bridge it felt like I was gonna be set upon by a pack of dogs.

Me and brother were subjected to shouting in the face , cut throat gestures , anti English abuse (can take that one), was certainly a buzz when we made it in one piece but bloody scary.

Our “balls” have shrunk a little, but I believe they’re still there…

Let‘s finish the season in style.
