He's probably in some satisfied young lady's bed as we speak.!

how a man with the sexual appeal of dale winton, the chrisma of richard bacon and the mindset of dick van dyke went on a drout as long as he did i will never know

So many times I've switched off Pompey for that very reason. Just came on here for a rant but you've beaten me to it.

On the plus side I had a slightly amusing encounter with that man.

On the tube back from England v Israel he'd obviously had a few too many lime cordials and was asleep. The train pulled into Waterloo and some kind soul woke him up, knowing he had to get off there to get back to the shit hole that is Portsmouth. He took a while to wake up and then realised why he'd been disturbed.

I watched, hoping he'd miss his stop, so I could take pleasure in mocking him as he had to go that extra stop. But, he made it to the doors whilst they were still open. I, and the others watching, weren't to be disappointed, as he put his head through just as the doors closed and they shut smack bang into his head, leaving it trapped in the door. The whole carriage burst out laughing at him and the doors opened again, so he could leave the train, sufficiently humiliated.

Went to the game today. Pretty crap first half, decent second half. I was in the City end and they were giving Vassell an awful lot of stick, he missed a sitter mind you. Joe Hart, Martin Petrov and Gelson Fernandes stuck out for me for City. For Pompey, Matt Taylor was very good when he came on.
