Both are hell. My two least favourite away grounds.
But I'll be going.

vale park is definently a lot worse - one of only two places i would refuse point blank to go in this league, the other being boundary park

Vale Park, the britannia or the old victoria ground are always cold. Why is it always cold in Stoke no matter what time of the year you go and no matter how many warm woolies are warn? The town is very horrible and on the outskirts of the artic circle.

It is, and take care as the locals are hostile.
Just seen this

you've scared me from going now
and ive asked my mates, and they arent coming because (surprise surprise) they are premiership fans

wolves fans are a nice bunch to be honest, ive been out with my scarf and everything. i just get loads looking at me because they're confused the f*** out of what a brighton fan is doing here

You will be fine. If in doubt either do not wear colours or keep them covered up until you get into the ground.

I liked Port Vale last year, it's a lot better than some other ground, and at least they let you stand. Rather Vale than the likes of Swansea anyday.

Remember us taking thousands up there for the promotion party a few years ago. That was quality.

I'm not going this time though -got other plans.

I'm still not sure whether I am going, if I do it will be on the spur of the moment.

Went to Britannia Stadium a couple of years ago and encountered the 'hostile' locals - not sure if it is worth another trip to the area - especially given the stadium seems to be miles from the station.
