Yes, Particularly bad last night as I spent the whole 90 minutes in a state of high anxiety. Then when I did manage to drift off I soon awoke with a jolt and images of their winner flooded back.
Meant to add to my post that I've got to measure my blood pressure and pulse for a month and I took it at halftime last night and it was way over the top on both counts
When it's a win I can't sleep, when I do sleep it is a deep and rest full one. Even if i have only had a few hours I wake up in a great mood. When it's a defeat can normally get to sleep but always have a restless night and wake up feeling crap.
It must be horrendous for the players. All that adrenalin, caffeine that they are given and aching limbs. I imagine they have a similar thing to it not mattering after a win.
