Jeez. Talk about tough crowd. It's only supposed to be a vox pop. This ain't an in-depth study you know. How many options should we have? 10? 20? Perhaps different sections of the poll to reflect social, economic and philosophical views?

I think it's okay as it is.

Marx. Such a visionary he failed to see that Communism wouldn't last 150 years. Manifesto in 1848, fell to piece in that late '80s. Still, he did alright out of it.

Someone posted a link on here to a political questionnaire, there were maybe 50 questions and the results gave you a position on a graph...from left to right wing across the x-axis and libertarian to authoritarian on the y-axis. It was a good way to find out where you stood politically...I was fairly surprised with what it said about me...I am a left wing libertarian and came out in roughly the same position as Ken Livingstone (they also showed the relative positions of some well known people by way of comparison). On reflection that wasn't a complete surprise as I have always had a degree of admiration for him and certainly share some of his views.
