I can't say for definite that he is racist, however resorting to Abdul and go home shows that he was, in this instance, unable to come up with an argument without resorting to name calling

If you can't say for definite that he is racist , then perhaps you shouldn't have called him a racist moron , but that's your default position and sadly for lots of other people too. There ISNT an argument to be had !! They were foreign and here to protest/cause trouble for which MY default position is the same as his , which is "fvck off back to wherever you came from, you have no business here"

I may not be in the position to say he is racist, which is why in my last comment I stated that. I apologise for causing you offence by saying he is racist.

But at the same time from that video I would also say that you cannot state that they are here to cause trouble. As you say - sadly that is the default position for a lot of people

That would really depend on what I was protesting about and who I was protesting against. Turkey's appalling human rights record for instance would offer many legitimate reasons for protest. If I as a foreigner was protesting against their human rights abuses, I believe there would be a good chance that I could be arrested and tortured, but that would not mean that my protest was not justifiable. With respect to the video in question I have no idea what the foreign masked protester was protesting against, but equally neither did the man confronting him and nor did it appear did he try to find out. It was the simple implication that because the protester was foreign he had no right to an opinion or a right to express that opinion. Just because someone is accepted into this country are they then expected to meekly accept every kind of s**t that is thrown at them? Were the black immigrants of the 50s and 60s coming to the UK expected to quietly tolerate and accept the racial discrimination that they endured just because they were foreign and therefore any form of objection that they showed against that discrimination would then be interpreted as ingratitude. If you ever emigrated to another country would you expect it to be on the proviso that you lost all your rights to express your opinions. Even if you were just going on holiday to a foreign country, as a British tourist abroad, if you considered your hotel was not up to your expected standard, or you were mugged and the police were not dealing with it with the seriousness that you believed it merited, or you or a member of your family were seriously injured because of someone's negligence and the bureaucracy and poor health and safety laws of that country meant that no one was going to be held to account for those injuries, would you honestly just be of the opinion that as a "guest" of that country you really had no right to complain about whatever mishap had befallen you in that country, be it bed bug bites, your money, credit card and phone stolen in a mugging, or permanent paralysis as a result of a poorly maintained hotel balcony? I don't think so, and why should you? The objection that the Englishman in the video was expressing was not that the protesters were actively protesting, nor was he disagreeing with what they were protesting about. His only objection was that it was a foreigner who was protesting about something. He did not express any objection to the English protesters right to protest. If you share that man's attitude then next time you're on holiday abroad and you're unhappy about something, don't complain about it, just put up with it, because as a foreigner you should just be grateful that they let you in their country in the first place and you should just accept their way of doing things.

west indian migrants came to Britain in the 50's to work and supposedly start a better life ( debatable) most middle eastern residents in our country are there under the refugee/political asylum/ general concern for safety umbrella , a lot of them are fleeing or have fled religious persecution under threat of death so yes.....in those circumstances i would expect them to toe the line.......unfortunately the self appointed , gobby media whores such as choudry and their poisonous diatribes are what have turned a lot of people completely against the current immigrant situation........in my humble opinion.
