Plus 3 / Seat Selection / Payment Method

Sorry if this question has already come up on here. The scenario is this:

A friend of mine who is a STH has his Falmer presentation shortly, he has offered me one of his plus 3. Am i correct in my assumption that I am not allowed to attend the presentation and that I will need to rely on my friend to select my seat for me??

With regards to paying the deposit, will I need to pay the first installment up front in cash, or can the deposit be paid by DD?

The deposit has to be paid there with a chq or credit card, and yes - your mate will select your seat in your absence (but of course with the wonders of mobile phones...)

Don't they just take the deposit from the card details you've put on the dd form ?

If your paying in full will it all go from the card on the form? I imagine you don't need separate details or methods for a deposit?

Can i say pay the 1/12th with a cheque then when the next payment is due in april pay it all with either cash or another cheque and leave all the d/d blank will the club send me say an invoice for he outstanding amount??
