PLEASE help me out!!

right ho... i have put a VERY short and VERY simple questionnaire together to help me out on my dissertation a little.

I know everyone on here are such NICE people i thought you all might be able to help me out as i need a big response in a short space of time!!!

We do already, but airlines only have ONE source of income i.e. the passenger so inevitably it will be passed on.

The govt should impose restrictions and effective fines to any company that exceeds acceptable emission levels. This will force the airlines to upgrade. They will have to put the prices up, which is fair enough.
