Had a good game yesterday and should be no 1 penalty taker, but can't take a corner to save his life.

If we get a corner and Vicente is on the pitch he should take it, if not Orlandi. If neither is on the pitch can the nearest Albion player put it out for a goal kick so we can then get on with the game.

We haven't been good at corners since Watson left. We specialise in weak floatly corners to the nearest centre back.

I think there's been a massive improvement in corners this season. We've obviously worked on short corners and even when we put it straight in we're looking more dangerous.

I actually thought our corners were better than normal yesterday. Not much to compare with, granted, but better.

there was a Lopez corner right over the box to the feet of LuaLua on the far edge that I thought was exceptionally inventive and very well executed

Best not even mention defending the blooming things.

Perhaps we should start a campaign banning all corners.

Corner to Calderon at the near post. And I said, at last we are doing the corners properly. Not since Vicente put the ball on a plate for Barnes at Swindon has there been a perfect corner.

I thought Hammond's header at Ipswich was pretty good.

Couldn't disagree more. Dave started putting some great corners in Orlandi's absence. Orlandi should still be the main man for set pieces but dave second choice.

The one drilled to the edge of the box and touched down for Greer to take a shot was a thing of beauty. Just a shame it was Greer it fell to rather than a midfielder or forward!

Orlandi takes great corners but after his header I wonder if he should be one of the players waiting in the box

I listened to a little of the opposition commentary yesterday, and there was a moment where they were positively drooling over one of our "training ground" moves from a corner.
