I'll start with Dale Jasper. Hgihly rated (for some reason) at Chelsea but shite with us.

Chelsea themselves were quite shit at the time weren't they? Was it Jasper who's rasping but wayward shot smashed a policemans old style helmet off his head? Much amusement all around I recall.

Leon Knight, we got money for him and he went on a downhill slide after a pretty impressive start at Swansea.

How about a thread "fans" we should get rid of?

I will also go with Kuipers partly because I think his proneness to injury and his shortcomings were beginning to outweigh his excellent shot stopping but also because the attitude of his fan club in targetting anyone else playing in his stead was so damaging to the club's interests

I worked with a guy who played at the Albion with Dale Jasper. He said that Dale was the best player at the club... in training, but it never worked out for him in games.

Darren Currie. Signed on a free and we got a good fee for him. Started well initially at Ipswich but that aside never really captured the form he showed with us. Anyone know where he is now (?Chesterfield?).
