Defence were very solid throughout, although a bit dozy with the goal, Carlisle had three attempts and we should have cleared rather than let it bobble around.

Keeper looked very solid, a slimmer version of FDM. Charlie was stupid being sent off, as Gregan was just being a fat niggly bastard all game.

Great equaliser at our end, with Butterball rising above the rest and pinging it in.

Even McCammon had best game for the club, winning a lot in the first half, although there was one Frank Spencer moment in the second half when he tried to cross a waist high ball and put it straight behind the goal and ended up on his arse.

Yelldell 8 - confident and competent.

Mayo 7 - sound, solid.
Butters 8 - good in defence, great goal.
Hinsh 7 - defended well.
Virgo *9* - excellent in defence, dangerous in attack.
Reid 7.5 - came on well in the second half.

Harding 7 - contributed well until he made way.
Oatway 6 - not one of his better games, some iffy passes under pressure.
Carpenter 8 - superb, commanding in the middle.

McCammon 5 - very poor, in all departments.
Knight 8 - quiet in first half, threatening in the second, unlucky with one great shot.

Subs: Jones 7, Nicolas 6, Hart 7.

Yelldell 8 - a great find! Brave when being kicked in the face by Deane and acrobatic in pulling off a couple of excellent saves. Good distribution too. Sign him up!

Mayo 7 - Fine game, made his tackles and came forward well.
Butters 7 - bit of a mismatch with Lennon at times but got his big round head in when it really counted.
Hinsh 7 - Battled hard.
Virgo 8 - again better up front, his pace and movement across our front line drove our second-half effort forward.
Reid 8 - My MOTM again, a real artist on the ball.

Harding 7 - Fine game, very unlucky to be subbed.
Oatway 5.5 - poor first-half when the game passed him by, but more his usual self in the second, one amazing penalty area tackle that saved a 2-0 scoreline, and he found his passing range better in the second half. But disappointing getting sent off when we were on top and the more likely to get the winner.
Carpenter 7 - very influential, and battled superbly.

McCammon 6 - promising signs of a developing partnership with Leon. Welcome back for good, Big Mac!
Knight 6.5 - The Leeds defenders shackled him well, not as good as in recent weeks.

Subs:
OGH 7 - Played in his best position and he made a good impact, was that a shot?, whatever, really galvanised the team.

Jones 7 - well done Jonah, virtually no wasted possessions and some fine work in the lead up to the goal. Is everyone gonna get a contract now? :D

Nicolas 6 His usual quiet effectiveness.

Away support 8 - Thought we surprised the Leeds, at least a few of them certainly said so to me afterwards.

McGhee 10 - Fantastic tactical switch in formation/personnel that changed the game. The guy's a genius! Nice to see him really appreciating the homage at the end too :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:
