Having just watched Danny Whitaker scoring three for Chesterfield. Got me thinking. He always impressed me in League One, so what's he doing dropping down a division already ? - hardly past it at 30.

I see your point. I didn't mean it to turn into a slagfest. Forgot this is NSC , perhaps I should have stuck with requesting players who are playing below where they could clearly be playing.

Ian Harte siging a new deal for Carlisle has me wondering too - with his experience and prolific goal tally from defence, surely he'd still be capable of playing Championship football ?
