Kuipers 5 - at fault for goal, looked nervous.

Mayo 7 - solid, confident.
Butters 6 - struggled a little with Sidibe, but defended well.
Hinshelwood 7 - good on the ball, tackled well.
Reid 6 - A tad hesitant challenging, better offensively.

Oatway 7 - continued improved form.
Carpenter 7 - quiet, but great goal.
Nicolas 6 - below-par.

McCammon 6 - battled well, held the ball up, decent in the air.
Hart 7 - tenacious, good with the ball.
Virgo 5 - got the winner, but largely poor.

Bugger knows how we got a win ... I couldn't possibly pick a MOM.

Kuipers 8. Was not at fault for the goal!
Mayo 8. M.O.M. Always comes back stronger.
Butters 7. Solid.
Hinsh 7. Some good tackles.
Reid 6. At fault for the goal, seem to lack interest at times.
Oatway 6. O.K.
Chippy 6. Good goal but little else.
Nicolas 5. Is he still carrying that injury?
Hart 7. Gave his all, though not match fit of course.
Virgo 6. Good goal, seemed lost up front.
Mc Cammon 7. Clumsy but never stopped trying.

Idiot who decided to water a frozen pitch. 0. Poor old Wendy.

Kuipers 7 maybe should have come for the goal
Mayo 8 Solid and well up for it
Butters 7 Won most things in the air, commanding
Hinsh 6 Not tall enough, some good tackles
Reid 6 got forward quite well and positionally good
Oatway 6 good first half but faded second
Chippy 6 great strike for goal but often too slow- knee gone?
Nicholas5 worst game from AN. Ran about like headless chicken
Hart 7 Didn't look like a striker but gave his all
Virgo 6 not the best of pitches for him but not his best perform
Mcammon 6 Never gave up but won little in the air for a big man
Jones 7 trade mark step over and got about the park.
good last ditch covering tackle.

Mark Mcghee 7 for selection, droping harding and bringing in mayo
5 1st half for playing 4-3-3 ( never works)
8 2nd half switching to 4-4-2 and keeping faith
with his team, despite calls for jakey

Did you see the curl on that ball? He would never have got there.

It was in the air long enough. He started to come, then changed his mind - all he needed to do was get a punch on it.

Kuipers - 6 apart from the goal had a steady game
Reid - 6 Drifts in and out of the game, failed to pick up the man running in for their goal.
Hinshlewood 7 - Positional sense is good, but his headers are poor for a central defender.
Butters 7 - Steady as ever.
Mayo 8 - Is this the under 21 left back everyone has been talking about?
Carpenter 6 - Little else apart from the goal, we need the old chippy back.
Oatway 7 - Never gives up, has improved so much this season.
Hart 6 - Strong running, another player who never gives up.
Virgo 5 - Apart from the goal and one stinging shot in the first half he wasnt his normal self.
McCammon 6 - Always tries but alot of the time it never comes off/

Jones 7 - Coming on and going 442 changed the game for us.

Kuipers def at fault for the goal from where I was (South Stand D Block). Came half way and then stopped, if he'd kept going would at least have got a punch on it.

We looked far more solid today with Mayo there instead of Harding.

Kuipers would never have got a punch on the ball, just bad judgement coming out and then realising it. Man of stone Reid did nothing to challenge the goal scorer, more at fault i'd say.

Spot on!
