Remembering how helpful these ratings are for the exiles ....

Ankergren 7. A couple of good saves. Didn't think too much of him earlier in the season, but he has come along in leaps and bounds.

Calderon 7. Good game. Has played better, has played worse.

Greer 8. Confident. Marshalls the defence.

Elphick 7. Able deputy for Adam.

Painter 7. Played well. Got forward a good few times.

Noone 9. Excellent ball control. Mazy runs. Gets the fans excited. MOM.

Dicker 8. One of his best games. Shame about the 2nd penalty.

Sparrow 6. A bit anonymous in my opinion.

Bridcutt 7. A few misplaced passes, but generally a good game.

Sandaza 6. OK, but didn't really take his chance to show what he has to offer.

Murray 9. The guy is great! What more to say. Wonderful goal. That's 19 for the season.

Subs:
Bennett 7. Didn't see an awful lot of the ball.
Kish 8. Class.

A pretty good game to watch. Shame we keep missing penalties. How many misses is that now this saeson? Too many.

Points above pretty spot on other than i didn't even notice Sparrow at all. Murray and Noone were absolute class today. We are looking a little jaded but grinding out results through gritted teeth.

Think you've been slightly generous to Dicker. Thought he had a better game than Tuesday when I thought he was all over the shop, but he was still sloppy/lazy in possession early on. Poyet wasnt happy at all with him positionally either; think it was meant to be him that should have been squeezing their midfield higher up in the second half when they had a lot of space.

Also didnt understand at all the logic in sticking Murray out on the right.

mmmmmm, most of these scores must have been watching a different game - Ankergran at fault for swindon goal so max of 5. Glenn a great goal but average performance by his standards - 7 most of the others 6.

Casper - 5.5. Goal took a deflection but still looked as though he could do better. Made a good save in the 2nd half.

Calde - 6.5. Got a couple of great crosses in. A few mis-placed passes and occasionally looks vulnerable defensively
Marcos - 9. Faultless performance. MOM
Greer - 5. Error-prone, particularly in the first half
Tommy - 6. Steady performance. Still has a tendency to lump it from the back - certainly more than El Abd does

Sparrow - 6.5. Better than in recent games, particularly in 1st half. Still think there is more to come from him.
Bridcutt - 6. Not quite matching the form he showed of a few weeks ago. Steady enough though
Dicker - 7. Made some very good passes. Well struck first pen, seemed to shin the second. Why not just put your boot through it?
Noone - 8. Looked a threat every time he got the ball. Faded slightly before substitution

Sandaza - 6. Did OK in the first half but clearly lacks sharpness. Looked tired in the 2nd half. Performance reinforces 'impact sub' tag
Murray - 7. Would be a 6 for a fairly ordinary display, but took his goal beautifully

Ankergren 6 - Should have saved the goal, it was right at him (was directly behind goal). It swerved a bit but he was caught in two minds and it cost us.

Calde - 6, would like to see him more consistent with his crossing
Painter 7, solid at the back
Greer - 6, not as assured as usual, perhaps playing Swindon got to him
Tommy 7, thought he played quite well

Sparrow - 6, not as effective as usual
Bridcutt - 7 - quality, never really wasted a ball.
Dicker - 6, not at his very best but did ok
Noone - 8, fantastic when we got the ball to him.

Sandaza - 7, worked very hard and some nice touches including the ball to Murray for his goal
Murray 7 - Fantasitcally taken goal, ran at the two defenders and rolled the ball through one of their players legs into the corner - class

Subs. Bennett 6, Dunk (not enough time).

Ankergren 6 - A great shot from Prutton, but looked like he switched off, definitely wasn't ready for a shot like that.

Calde - 6 Looked more like his old self today. Apart from his last goal, he looked like he was fading in the last few games
Painter 7 Unsung hero, one good shot. Definitely good enough for the Championship.
Greer - 6 He did well under the circumstances.
Tommy 7 Did his job, nice and efficient, no hoofing or panicking.

Sparrow - 6 Fairly anonymous
Bridcutt - 7 Busy as usual
Dicker - 6 Steady game, needs to be more consistent from game to game.
Noone - 8 Great mazy run. Closest we'll get to KLL.
Sandaza - 4 Scottish 3rd Div at best.
Murray - 8 Bear in mind he was anywhere between left back and left wing. Worked his nuts off to accommodate the cart horse Sandaza.
