Martot 6 - Gave him a 6 as i cant remember what he did!

Revell 0 - f*** OFF

:tosser: [That's YOU btw, rather than Revell]

So, just to clarify for us, you can't remember Martot doing anything, and that is worth 6? Just how much worse than not doing anything gets you zero?

I think after each game, you need a 'player ratings' thread where people can state how they felt they performed, then a seperate 'my least favourite players' thread where the likes of yourself and The Complete Badger can just spew out your same crap about certain players, irrespective of how they actually played. In fact, why don't you just rate them BEFORE the game?

Actually, just do it once, then cut and paste the same scores for the whole season. Should save you troubling your tiny mind too regulalrly.

Oh, and Happy Christmas.

Abort, retry, fail
Revell did quite well for the short period he was on and produced a nice back heel to set us up with a good chance that was saved with a very good tackle. Always going to be difficult to make a huge impact when the a lot of the team had stepped down a gear, due to the result being a forgone conclusion. Nice to see him back and his pace and effort is going to cause some problems to various teams.

Revell looked very lively but you'd expect that from someone on for about 10 mins. He was involved in several moves and had a good shot blocked by the defence. I can't see how that merited zero.

I agree, i would give Revell a 0 before every game cos its obvious that hes going to do nothing like usual. The day he does something ill change my mind, but that seems unlikely. Its embarassing watching him running around and not making any difference what so ever. And you know what i hate more than anything, when our TWAT fans start singing 'Oh Revelldinho'!

Why ? Am I not allowed my opinion then ? Im not going to change my opinion on Revell just because a few people on an internet forum disagree with me!

If you persist with such TRIPE, such as marking players with a zero, for no reason other than you 'don't like them', then any worthwhile opinions you may have are going to generally be ignored anyway, as people will just note you down as a knob.

Unless of course you GENUINELY think that Revell's performance was worthy of a zero score [against your bench-mark of six for Martot], in which case, replace 'knob' with 'imbecile'.

A brief search seems to suggest that you used to like the player and this was your response when he was linked with Coventry.

If Revell goes then i will be physically sick :(

It seems that you have decided to follow certain members of the board in criticising/loathing Revell.

didnt think revell did too badly when he came on - got the ball under control and bought others into the game. obviously its easier to come into a game when you are 3-0 up, but he didnt look like his usual 'headless chicken' self

still wouldnt have him starting over savage though, and think we could struggle IF savage does go

So you are giving Revell a 0 because the fans sung "Revelldinho", well clearly that is logical.

How you can give him a 0 is beyond me. I don't agree with the criticism that Martot gets on here but Revell certainly offered more than him including setting up Reid who almost scored. He has not been as good in the last year as he was when he first came but is still a valuable member of the squad. I sometimes wonder what some people on this board are watching.

Basil Fawlty

Don't Mention The War
Kuipers 7- Didn't do much, made reasonably easy catches.

Whing 7- Still need to work on his deliver, but solid throughout.

Lynch 7- Better heading, made some crucial interceptions.

El-Abd 7- Better heading, still dodgy with his groundwork.

Richards 8- Getting better and better, solid throughout.

Jakey 8- Took his goal well, looked dangerous with the ball at his feet.

George 9- Absolutely class, hopefully will be a permanent signing in January.

Hammond 8- Did some neat passing, and got into the box and thundered a shot into the roof of the net.... MORE PLEASE!

Fraser 7- Did well on the wing, didn't deliver any dangerous crosses. But looked quite deadly with a dead ball situation.

Forster 9- Still class, fantastic finish for his goal. Kept working his socks off.

Bas 8- Got better in the game, still gave up on a through balls what went passed him. Needs to stop being lazy.

Subs:

Revell 6- Did one sublime lay back with the outside of his boot, didn't do to much else.

Martot 5- Didn't get enough time, so not point really.

Reid 6- Slowly regaining match fitness, still not there yet through.

Agreed

Without wanting to sound like i'm bragging (i'm not), there doesn't seem to be much criticism of Martot unless it's coming from me? Although every game he gets sixes and fives on here, often with comments such as "didn't do much", the general view seems to be that he's alright (a view emphasised by a poll about him i posted the other week).

Personally, i can't help but wonder what the point on wasting valuable wages on him is. What does he do other than 'try' (something which Revell also can't be faulted on either)?

i can't see the point in wasting the budget on him either, dougie loft has done more coming of the bench this season and now ready is fit as well dont think we should be looking to keep martot
