I'd agree with pretty much all of those.

I was sat next to someone who appeared to be the President of the "Let's Slag Off Everything That Alex Frutos Does" society, and I was so nearly forced to tell him to shut up on mutiple occasions.

What DW was doing playing Fruty on the right is entirely beyond me.

Personally, I would have given MOTM to Alex Revell.

My usual F block viewpoint today. I take it we aren't talking about the same group of Frutos-baiters?

I was in Block E (my usual ST seat), but far closer to D Block than F Block.

Well the seat to my left is actually in G block, so yes, we are talking about different people here who obviously love to be on Alex's back - not that you would complain if that's where you were:p

That was a rather tedious performance, so I can't really be arsed to talk that much about it, but let's have the traditional ratings. I will kick off with:

Henderson 7 - Decent enough, I am actually starting to like him recently.

Mayo 7 - Shockingly good. The words "Mayo" and "Right-back" filled me with horror, but he did well and never looked troubled.

Hinshelwood 6 - Distribution a bit wayward, but did ok. Not much to say here.

Lynch 8 - Really good I thought. Back to something like his best after a disappointing few weeks. Definitely a better player when in the middle.

Rents 7 - Best I have seen him play. He looks to have a cracking cross on him, and was comfortable on the ball. Keep him in!

Frutos 6 - Unfairly criticised by many near me, but I thought he did ok considering his lengthy absence. Also improved when he was moved to the left - totally ridiculous decision to play him on the right.

Hammond 6 - Not his best game, but finished his goal well (even if he was given about an acre of space).

Fraser 6 - Avrage again I thought. Struggled to impose himself physically, and could do with a rest. Shame we haven't got anyone else really....

Cox 5 - Man of the match? You are having a laugh. The poorest I have EVER seen him play. Nothing to worry about, because he is obviously a class act and has been fantastic this season. Young players are going to have poorer games, so I'm not criticising, but he wasn't at the races today.

Revell 8 - Our best player. Seemed to show the effort and work ethic that some others were missing for this game. No small amount of talent too.

Robinson 7 - Was marked well by Stafford's defence, but still showed glimpses of quality.

A sound review apart from id give Cox 6 and Robinson 6, in no way was cox man of the match. And Robinson NEVER passes, at one point he shot wide and then MOANED to Revell !

Functional win, we'll play better, we'll play worse.....

Hendo 7 - Couple of smart goal-line saves

Mayo 7 - After one early poor pass, played very confidently

Hinshelwood 7 - Marshalled the backline well

Lynch 6 - still strangely lacking the confidence of his first few games this season, but no disasters

Rents 6 - Quiet, steady game

Frutos 6 - Another player with a big confidence problem. Had a better shooting position than from where Hammond scored but put in an innocuous cross. What a contrast to last season when he was unleashing from everywhere, hope it works out for him here

Hammond 6.5 - Lovely goal and did an OK job in midfield

Fraser 6 - Very competent and developing steadily.

Cox 7 - beautiful pass for Robinson's goal. Those raking crossfield passes from left-flank to right-wing are almost becoming the signature move of our season.

Revell 7 - another yeoman performance, always great to see Alex's hardwork rewarded with a goal

Robinson 8 - was my MOTM, beat so many defenders today and deserved his goal

naughty naughty :p

I was just acknowledging how lucky you were to be sat near a nice guy instead of the boring gits I found myself surrounded with.

If your dirty mind interpreted it any other way than that, then that's your problem, not mine.

Didn't get the criticism of Frutos, played on the right he had to come in and then didn't really see the ball much when he went on the left not much you can do with that. First time i've seen John and he looks very good some of the offside were just a joke

Bit dull yeh.

Henderson 6 - Not bad - didn't really have much to do though. Dropped a cross at the end.

Mayo 7- Dodgy distribution, but defensively wasn't troubled.

Hinshelwood 7 - Heading aside, he was decent, didn't let their forwards past him.

Lynch 7 - Pretty good game after some dodgy games at left back.

Rents 6 - Assist for the goal, can't remember him doing a lot else.

Frutos 6 - Good running in the first half, but no end product (due to him being out of position). For some reason performance went downhill after being moved to his natural position.

Hammond 7 - Good goal, good first half. Didn't really do much in the second.

Fraser 6 - Was better in the middle, but not as good as El-abd has been in recent weeks.

Cox 5 - Didn't do a lot at all

Revell 7 - Hard working, Loved his goal. Good header. Good stuff.

Robinson 7 - Good finish, did well to create openings. Particularly enjoyed the way he copied Ronaldinhos trademark flick in stoppage time.

Hendo 7 - Not alot to do,distribution was OK

Hinsh 7 - Solid at the back

Lynch 6 - A little bit uncomfortable on the ball but overall quite good

Fraser 6 - A few nice touches,looked a good midfielder

Hammond 7.5 - Great performance and lovely goal

Frutos 6 - Very quick ,good control

Revell 8 - Great all round, took his goal well and ran his socks off

Cox 7 - Quick, good control and crossing but it came to nothing alot of the time
