Doesn't look like anyone has done this, so here are mine:

Anderson-8. Kept them out first half, one great save with feet. Didn't hold on to ball couple of times when I thought he should have, but couldn't do anythings about goals. Left one on one too often.
Whing-7.5. Some poor touches first half but then grabbed game by scruff of next with some good runs second half. Won cheers from fans for bollocking rest of defence for "making it too easy".
Elphick-8. Looked secure and solid all day. There was some poor marking in our penalty area but not sure who was to blame. Booking was a joke, he fell over the bloke on the ground.
Heath-7. Looked OK overall. Didn't get the ball for penalty challenge but don't think he intended to bring him down. Harsh red.
Borrowdale-7. Looked OK.
El-Abd. 7. Got stuck in and made good tackles. Couple of poor passes.
Virgo. 5. Played out of position. Failed to win good headers on the right of midfield, and did little else there. Poor passing.
Bangoora-5. Hardly showed.
Cox-6.5. Ran hard and chased down. Tried to make things happen. Some good touches which didn't quite come off. Thought he was better than most of fans around me
Davies.6- Tried hard, and ran well. Couple of good individual runs but didn't link up with Forster and never looked a goal threat. Final pass not great.
Forster-8. Excellent. Our only threat and chased down all day. But left isolated. Crashy substitution if he wasn't injured.

Slade-5. Formation and tactics didn't work.

Three '8's and three '7's for a team that was outplayed for 90 minutes and managed three half chances in 90 minutes? You must have been either pissed or are very easily satisfied.

Fair point. I think scores were higher when I came to do them than I expected. But I do think the problems were more about wrong players in wrong positions, rather than individuals playing badly.

I agree that the spine of the side was poor, and playing FOUR central defenders is crazy, but as professionals you would expect them to be able to (1) pass to a teammate, and (2) pass on the floor, but both these tasks were beyond them.
