Saw him come on against Colchester and he did OK, but havn't noticed him since. Is he injured, or is there some underlying reason why he never appears to be in favour? I'm not suggesting he's something he's not, but he would seem to give us another option if only from off the bench.

Piercey always confuses me...sometimes when I see him play he looks quality and easily capable of the 1st team, however sometimes he looks shocking.
