Pick up for Tickets Tuesday

Hi Insider

Apologies for asking may same straight forward and may have been asked before but i couldn't see the topic.

On tuesday bringing a friend although for the cup game i have decided to pick a different seat instead of my season ticket seat. Does my card still work or do i have to pick up my new ticket?

Also re: Picking up the tickets is the club shop ticket office open up until kick off for fans to pick up their paper tickets as my friend being a non season ticket holder will need to do so.

You need to pick up a paper ticket, and those having to do so are advised to allow plenty of time to do so, as we are expecting a huge number of collections to do so.
