Nice pub, had a chat with the owner once and he detests chavs and does everything possible to drive them away.

Prices are fair enough, and have a big screen for the football

Not really surprised about the low rating, this is not a very nice place. It is a busy , well, I want to call it an estate pub but, errrrr.
It's not in a bad part of town but it does seem to attract some of the local trash, avoid unless your a local in which case you may enjoy.

I didn't actually read the one for The Heath. I'm from Burgess Hill originally, so I'm deeply suspicious of anyone from Haywards Heath.
