The one at the Sussex County Cricket Ground. They are the physios for the team but also a private practice. I strained a quad and went from not walking to fixed in a week. They also fixed my Mrs' back when she was pregnant. The guy who fixed me was called Adam and he was ACES.

Another vote for Radius - whilst I personally haven't been there a chap at work swears by them and I've heard good reviews from another as well. I'll be heading along in the new year for some neck/upper back advice myself.

I went to the Sussex Back Pain Clinic a few years ago after suffering incredible pain for ages....one visit was all that was needed.Having spent loads of money on a few quack chiropractors scattered around town,I was losing hope of finding a genuine operator who knew his stuff. The place on New Church Road sorted that out once and for all. Top place.

I recently took my daughter to the Body Align clinic in Lewes for a damaged hamstring....again,one visit did the trick, along with a home excercise programme.

The Lewes clinic guys treat,or have treated,a suite of international and olympic athletes.Their reputation is high in the (professional) sport world.

Looks like Brighton is blessed with good places for treatment.Shame there are so many charlatans out there too.......
