I've pretty much kept out of the whole Covid debate, being in a situation where I could decide not to get vaccinated.

Came across this document, just thought to myself glad I'm not vaccinated. Started reading the explosive pages 30-39.
Decided to start posting it when someone sent me a short video explaining it.
I'm realistic in not expecting it to be posted here for long.

Feedback 1 - it's not top secret. It's a document available to lots of people at Pfizer and also regulatory authorities.

Feedback 2 - I don't know how many Pfizer jabs have been jabbed worldwide, but 1,223 people who have been jabbed, died shortly afterwards. The obvious conclusion from this is that Pfizer jabs do not confer immortality. I suspect a similar report about medical cases and fatalities of people who had bacon and eggs for breakfast would produce a much worse figure.

Feedback 3 - the list of illnesses on pages 30-39 is the list that - IF the jab causes side effects - are the illnesses most likely to result. You need a vivid imagination to think it's explosive. Genuine tip - rahter than looking out for flat earthers and other lunatics to tell you what you already believe, why not try giving a little thought on your own account?

OK my go to guy for all Covid related stuff, has finally had a look at the same document which I posted.

His interpretation of pages 30-38 are that these reactions did happen, but for all we know there may only be 1or 2 in each instance, although he is alarmed by the large number of different types of adverse reactions.

Also he's concerned that the actual number of vaccinations given could have been redacted. Making it difficult to work out a % of adverse reactions from the vaccination.

What did I think of the feedback? (answer) OK.

Pfizer just filed a form 25 with the security exchange commission (SEC)

You file a form 25 if your shares are worthless, or if you want to go private or IF YOU NO LONGER WANT TO BE SUBJECT TO STRICT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
I have spent over 23 years in investing on the US markets and first time we have seen this form - only possible reasons would be liquidation, bankruptcy, listing on other exchange, name change (administrative filing), company acquired and name not remaining - wtf?

the claimed reporting requirements will be financial reporting. a private (or worthless) pharma company would still have to report on their clinical trails, contrary to what this false info is trying to spin.
the filing lists the class of security "0.250% Notes due 2022", that'll be some bond or preference share issue being withdrawn. not Pfizer.
you'd have learnt this by reading the responses to the tweet you got it from.
