He maybe way to old for football, but I would just love to see him play just once if there was some sort of charity game. Many of us youngsters were not lucky enough to see him play what you old chaps saw

The Testimnial Committee still intend for it to be the last week of July - and the opposition is now all but finalised (although I cannot unveil them until we receive it in writing)

Unsure which day it will be, although Wardy would prefer it to be on Mon 24th or Weds 26th July - however this call is really up to the opponetns - and they may prefer a weekend game

It definitely will not be Friday 28th July though - because Kerry's brother gets married that day


As soon as we get the date confirmed we will be pushing it big time - however in the interim, why don't you give the Summer Ball some consideration - give the missus a treat, don the glad rags and let your hair down
