Friday 5th August is the Gillingham to AMEX bike ride which myself, Pete, Jacci and Alan are on, so it rules me out, I guess they would be the same?

More likely to rule you out than me. However, I can get there once we've finished the ride, I've dropped the van back to Portslade, and got back.

So while I can support it, and see about coming along later, I almost certainly can't get there for 7pm.
