As a league winner in Belgium he gets 5 points.

Plus his appearances in 34.4% of available minutes earns him 4 points.

His appearance in last season's Champions league group games earns him 5 points.

Plus playing 44.25% of the available minutes earns him 5 points.

So the work permit should be a formality, subject to the club paying the £500 application fee.

I thought his ‘thing’ was that he’s quick. But, whilst not slow, he didn’t seem that quick to me. I’m not sure what else his ‘thing’ is if it isn’t that.
