Will probably end up being one of the most underrated managers ever. "Great team picks itself, anyone could have done blah blah".

Phenomenal achievements. Think I heard that at one point he was averaging a trophy every 15 games. Incredible record.

Worth noting that as he's still in charge he could yet add one more trophy to that collection. His last game before stepping down will be the Copa del Rey Final against Athletic on the 25th of May.

Is it the most trophies that any manager has ever won in such a short space of time?

That should be a good final. Athletic drew 2-2 at home and lost 2-0 in the Nou Camp. Most likely the last time this squad will be together.

Great achievements, but they should be seen in context - how many coaches get to hand pick the cream of world footballing talent for their teams? Often have 80-90k fans behind the team for home matches and are able to enjoy the revenue that that number of fans brings in terms of squad strengthening, or being ploughed back into the club's training facilities etc.?

Give him three seasons at Leyton Orient and then judge the man on his coaching abilities. Only fair.....

Its the pinnacle of his career, where can he go from here in club football? Chelsea? Man City? he has achieved unbelievable success but the rest of his career could just be an anti-climax maybe as someone suggested international management might be the answer
