Penalty??

I know it dosen't really matter... but I went today and thought we had a stonewall penalty in the 2nd half. However this guy behind me said that he was sure no contact was made Anyone have a good view of the incident, and if so did you think it was a penalty?

Looked stonewall to me, the defender clipped him as he ran across in front.

I don't usually spot 'em but I don't think I've ever been so certain that a penalty was deserved in my life. Looked like he completely chopped Anyinsah (?) down.

Yeah, that's what I saw.... I saw the defender slide into the back of Anyinsah who didn't even have the ball.... and neither the lino (who was shit) or the ref (who was shitter) spotted it..... we really aren't very lucky with official's are we

South Stand D block row V and I doubt I will ever see a more obvious penalty ever again.

Ayinsah had both legs hooked away and the player never touch the ball but sadly the referee was a long way away, but the lino should have flagged it.

Absolutely a penalty. Seen a replay, and there's no doubt.

looked a definite penalty to me, there defender failed to touch the ball and made contact with the player to deny him a goal scoring chance, - should have been a red card too as last man, but that may explain why it wasn't awarded, with the ref so far behind the play, maybe he couldn't be certain it was - but the lino should have flaged for it as he had a clear view.

Yes it is..... because we were denied a goal scoring oppotunity, and we didn't get a penalty for it.

And the defender who was marking Anyinsah was all over him, the whole game..... he should have been sent off in the first half
