PC Software Advice

I am just about to put a fresh install of windows onto my computer.

My question is what software do NSC's PC experts recommend I install?

In terms of
- Virus Protection
- Firewall (I go through a router)
- Spyware/Adaware
- P2P IP mask
- Any other software you feel is worth installing

any advice gratefully recieved.
