Get's away with it on International stage as games are less in-your-face kick you up in the air style.

But in the Premiership, two average no-nonsense defenders made a complete shut out of £15m man look very easy.

Waste of money if you ask me, can say the same about Modric as he bottled it yesterday when he wasn't getting any time or space!!

Horses for courses, Pavlyuchenko should have stayed in cotton wall Russia!!

I would say Laursen and Davies on a good day (like yesterday) are GOOD defenders, not average.

Not a Spurs fan, but after last night showing. What a waste of 15 million quid, but I still think it will take time for him to adjust to the English game. But how long will it take, nobody knows......
