Cheshire Cat

The most curious thing..
I appreciate the move for diversity but how is he allowed to play for a womens´team?

Self identification?

I self identify as completely crap, so rarely qualify for any team.

Odd!

The womens club has its own Managing Director - Zoe Johnson.

Would seem appropriate to recognise her not Barber. The club presser doesn't even mention Zoe Johnson. Has she been sacked and I missed it?

PBOBE is nominated in the Football Business Trailblazer of the Year award. Is Zoe Johnson a trailblazer or was she appointed when the women's team was established?

I don't think this is award is just about what PBOBE has done for Brighton's Woman team, but because he has been championing woman's football for a long time. I think he deserves this award.

Perhaps PBOBE wants to be a woman. What's wrong with that?

We are one of the few clubs to have a distinct infrastructure for the Women's team, with its own Leadership and training facilities, etc. What we do need is a stadium for the Women's team to be built in Brighton and Hove and for the team on the pitch to be worthy of the investment but that will take time and evolution.
