Didn't know these had been filmed. They're marvellous books, can't believe that TV would improve on them but, as I haven't got Sky Atlantic, I won't be able to tell for sure

Brilliant acting, amusing, a bit annoying, not sure where it was going. I was expecting him to OD. Worth watching.

Not sure about it. It has it's moments, is well written and superbly acted, but I wouldn't say I particularly enjoyed it. That said it's only five episodes so I'll probably stick with it ... a bit like reading a short novel that you know is good but don't particularly like.
Or watching rugby.

Balls. Forgot about this. One of my favourite literary figures.

I thought the trailers for it looked interesting, so was looking forward to it. I gave up after half an hour - absolutely bored. It jut seemed to be a rich guy who swore and took drugs - big deal. I hope the story developed, but as much as I saw I was disappointed.

I did, however, think it might have been a good role to act in, and I suspected the books that it came from would have been much better, but it didn't work for me.

Have really enjoyed the first two episodes, the second giving an insight into his past family life hence issues.

Some nice acting, looking forward to Ep. 3.
