From the reports I would say he has signed a legally enforceable pre contract agreement as he cant actually sign until 1st July.

The 25-year-old has agreed a four-year contract with Albion, and will officially join when the transfer window opens on 10th June for an undisclosed fee, subject to international clearance.
Does anybody know if he normally takes pens, or was he given this one as it was his farewell game?

The albion have announced it - so it is 100% definite, and he would have signed a contract which is subject to international clearance being given ( formality ).BUT. Have we really singed him, or just promised to? In other words, can he be pinched by someone else swooping in? (It all seems too easy for us)
Absolutely NOBODY in the know about this either

German friends think very good signing, by far the best player in a club that battled gamely against the drop
Hughton has confirmed that Pascal Gross will play the number 10 role for us, do you guys think we will also be signing another striker to play ahead of him? or stick with Murray & Hemed for that....?
