Can I congratulate the club, via the delightful medium of NSC, on the Mill Road P&R on Saturday. I've only done the P&R once before this season, for the midweek Leeds game, and it was a shambles after the match – buses and people everywhere, no-one knowing where they were going and generally just one massive mess.
As I was taking my young son to his first Amex game against Wrexham, I thought I would risk the dreaded P&R again. What a pleasant surprise after the match. We we're sitting in the WSU, left on the final whistle, had a quick "tinkle", yet on getting round to the steps found orderly queues that were moving fairly quickly and got on a bendy bus (where have these come from? I had a crappy 1940s-style coach for the Leeds game) back to Mill Road within 15 minutes and was on the M23 within 45 minutes of the end of the match.
Now I know that the attendance was slightly down on normal, but I thought the whole operation was seriously slick.
