Wow, a football club has a new stadium and it comes across teething problems for the first match! This MUST be the first time it's ever happened, in history. And parking in this city is such a straight forward affair anyway, it's amazing they've not got it sorted yet.

Seriously, what do you expect? Until they've had the chance to find a system that works, we haven't got one yet. Just show up on the day, then see what happens. We're sorry it's not better organised but it's not unreasonable.

Very poor for away supporters.

There are also still no signs on either the A23 or A27 to either the stadium, the P+R, or any designated car parks.

Needs sorting.

Not sure that is directly down to the club though..i may be wrong but is that the job of the highways authority

Got to be another free travel game, surely ? Too late to sort out single vouchers for those that need them and they can't prevent people using the P&Rs without a voucher

You are quite right, there will be teething problems, but this is very basic "How do away fans travel to the stadium via the park and ride" quite fundamental to be honest.

I think there's plenty of room at Mithras and the site opposite and, if the P&R won't take you then get the normal service buses.

Now why would they think that , many are staying for the weekend (perhaps something to do with sun and seaside?), quite a few live within 75 miles of you . We have a large Southern exile following , was your club expecting those that lived in the South to travel up to Doncaster , catch a coach and get dropped off on the way back ?
Are they for real, currently there are probably only 9/10 coaches coming down with some on 'standby' awaiting the allocation of more tickets.
We took some 1800 to Pompey last season , there was no historical meaning to the game. Does that now put thatn into context for you ?
Our supporters have always travelled in numbers.

Woh...calm down fella! It's no-one's fault on here! Stop stressing ya'self!

Footy clubs are crap at detail and rarely treat the fans as customers, if they were businesses they would go bust overnight.

They will get there in the end thow, and we do have a great stadium!

If it's £1 for a voucher in a book of 30 for the season, just charge £2 for a single game voucher or cash on the day. If the buses can't accept cash, have a steward at the park and ride with a load of vouchers and a cash bag. Not that difficult shirly!
