On a serious note, the lifting floor must be seriously strong given how they drop the weights on it post-lift.

Also amuses me that once they've done a lift, it takes three or four normal-sized folk to put the bar back in place.

Call me old fashioned but why didn‘t the three ****s who got the medals even bother to stop and see how the crash victims were rather than celebrating and going to their families :angry:

That was a nasty coming together.

I guess it's because it's high level sport. I expect they're use to crashes happening in track cycling, it looks far worse than maybe it was, the bikes have no brakes on them, so they can't just slow down and stop, and they've just won Olympic medals, they want to celebrate maybe.
