[Help] ParcelFarce

Twice now, they have said that they couldn't deliver a parcel as no-one was in. We were in. The bell works. We have a dog that barks when there is someone at the door. the porch was unlocked with a note saying please leave parcel in porch. Neither time was a card left although the tracking page says it was.

I've concluded that they have tried to deliver it to the wrong address even though the tracking page says it was. None of the neigbours have it.

Any ideas how to get my parcel without a card saying where it is?

Ah, thanks. Finally got through to Gemma on Live Chat. Shes going to send it to the local Post Office. She said she could mark it for redelivery again, but the driver is obviously an idiot!
