Warnock just on radio london saying he will be selling Moses unless new funds become available in the next few days.

Good luck with that Neil.

I've read somewhere that the players can walk away for free if they're not paid within 14 days of the due date. That would be 14th January. I guess it's down to the player too and Moses has been saying a the stock right things in the press.

Is there any truth in that Al?

Some wanker will come in and get him cheap for about £3m.

Sorry but somebody got Eric Young (not to mention a few others) for a song so not too sad about that. What goes around comes around.

Yes there is, but they have to apply for the 14 day clause, its 14 days from when they apply, not 14 days from their pay date. To my knowledge, none of them have applied, so that date is meaningless at the moment.

I suspect that there will be a lot going on behind the scenes.

Agents won't miss a trick like this.

Yes I think that's true.

However, I also believe the players have been paid.

Moses is quality by the way.

What I find interesting here is the fact that Jordon needs to sell players to clear some debts to keep out of administration.
I understand that he agreed to sell Fonte to Southampton for 1.5 million but the player refused the Saints terms.
What happens if all the players that he is prepared to sell do not agree personal terms for the sale to go through.
If he does not make a sale by the 27th Jan, then he really is in trouble.
Also how many clubs pay these fees upfront these days?

Reality is, we will go into admin first so a buyer will get us cheaper and debt free.

As I read the situation, Jordon cannot afford to go into admin as this will skint him personally and it appears he is prepared to damage the club to avoid this.

But as he is not a Archer type person and a true fan of the club, he does have my sympathy.

This is true, which is why the situation is so shite.

Having met the man, however, I can confirm he is a bellend of the highest order.
