a galaxy far far away
A draw, by definition, is one point gained and two points dropped

2 dropped.Dominated for most of the match. To have that many shots on target and only get one?

Yes, the fact that we dominated for so long and come away with only a draw is so disappointing. It was at half time, I think, when the commentator said that for all their dominance, Brighton had not got behind Palace that much. We played so well until we got to their box and then we did tend to flounder somewhat. But one mustn't be unduly critical -it was a superb performance.

Loud booing at half time from the Palace fans tells me they recognised just how bad their team's performance was; we undoubtedly should have been ahead at that point. Two points lost.... but a special second half effort from a talented player who harbours an openly declared hatred of the Albion was always a possibility.
