I can sort of see your point.

These sick bastards are either doing this for 2 reasons...One for sexual gratification and if that's the case, then castration would work.

The other is to make money because there are plenty of other sickos in the world who'd pay to see children abused.

Either way, the deterrent should be castration...or in some circumstances the death penalty.

Why should my children be put at risk because some do-gooder thinks these bastards can be "rehabilitated" back into society.
