In my quest to learn every capital city of every state of the USA (don't ask) I decided to check out the local ambiance of Albany, capital of New York State. So after a quick walk about on street view to my surprise I found Wolffs Biergarten with a very familiar looking shirt at the bar. Assuming its not Adam on a piss up when he was supposed to be injured sis this one of the good and the great of NSC ?

Not me. As you are about a 3 hour drive from New York I'm guessing it's an American fan rather than a Brit on holiday. Could be a Brit working there I suppose.
