wasnt there but just watched the programme hilarious!!

Yep...i was there. The Goldstone was packed and i think it was the last home game of the season on a blisteringly hot day.

Leeds keep Mervyn Day ran out at the start, ran towards the north stand, swung on the crossbar and got his boots caught in the net and had to be untangled by the coaching staff.

Game finnished 2-2.

I was in the North Stand. No one could believe what Chapman had done. Bloody funny though. I remember Gotsmanov running rings around Leeds all afternoon.

I was in the Northstand. It was painfull to watch, but funny afterwards. I seem to remember the Leeds fans on that day were as friendly as ever. I think it was a warm-up for their last away game in Bournemouth which turned into a full scale riot.
