The funny thing about it is, everyone says how they're not a big club..but people will always take the chance to slate them, and make points about them. If they wasn't a big club, would this thread have been made? And why are people so bothered about them if they're a 'small club'?
The fact that most teams attendances go up [home fans] when Leeds play them indicates that Leeds are still a big club.
because dazo we ALL LOVE TO HATE :yahoo:
I hate Leeds too, but why do people kid themselves saying they're not a big club?

* OK, we actually lost the Final yeah, but the ref was well dodgy. You should've seen some of the decisions. No seriously, shut up right. We'd have won that match easily against those dirty Iti's, but the ref WELL had it in for us that night. Benter than a Ken Bates meeting of creditors that was. You watch it on Youtube or something, we was robbed. So we won really, so there.
Of course they're a big club, but loads of clubs have been in division 3 and swelled the gates - Man City and Sunderland spring to mind. Leeds are big but not as big as they think they are, and historically I'd say they were no bigger than either of those two clubs.I hate Leeds too, but why do people kid themselves saying they're not a big club?
When Brighton's MEP decides to waste taxpayers money persuing the reason why Norman Whiteside wasn't sent off in 1983 - or something equally insignificant to any non-Albion supporting constituents - then call me.What's all the fuss about - just because it's Leeds?
Seems fair enough to me to be honest. If we'd lost an equivalent match in dodgy circumstances, this place would go into meltdown demanding inquiries, resignations and probably hangings.

In the mean time, perhaps that MEP wanker would like to devote some time finding the thousands of thugs who rampaged through Paris that night and caused untold damage.
Otherwise, please pipe down with your self righteous hyperbole. It's f***ing ridiculous and Leeds are the only club who'd have the FRONT to promote this stupid campaign.
