Does anyone know of any small office's available for rent in Shoreham.

Only one I can seem to find is in the Ropetackle builidng and there is a hefty waiting list there.

Thanks

The Civic Centre is pretty much empty, but probably a tad large!!

However, I'm not sure if the Council is renting bits of it out. I believe CAB are in there so it could be worth ringing Adur to find out.

Depends if you want a short rental for a few weeks / months or whether you need something for 1+ years. Also, do you need just a small room for yourself or a bigger room for 3-4+ people.

Any Commercial Property Agent/ Chartered Surveyor will have a variety of 'A2' class Office space for lease in a range of buildings (high street locations as well as serviced buildings), so if you widen your search a bit you should have plenty of choice.

I don't have any ties with any of these firms, so take your pick from:

http://www.flude.com/services/agency/office/
http://www.gsp.uk.com/offices.html
http://www.warwickbaker.co.uk/commercial-lettings
http://www.psandb.co.uk/commercial.html

Also if you drive the area you should see boards from some of these agents on available buildings. Look out for 'A2 Class Office to Let' or 'Serviced Business Offices'

Hope you find something suitable.

Have you considered coworking spaces? Brighton has a few, maybe Shoreham does?

Great idea. I've had access to a few of these arrangements and they really are quality. My current employer has just taken space at one in London (WeWork) and I use it more than our actual European HQ.
