Ot children being attacked in the classroom

I have to get this off my chest My son who is 8 was verbaly attacked by another parent in his class I admit he's no angel he's a 8 year old boy The attack was not bully related just about two boys being naughty together The school admit that a attack was commited yet say it was not extreme enough to warrant any action Other than having a word with the mother Although they have admitted if i had done the same the police would have been involved The supply teacher told my son he was rude in front of the parent because he answered her back Although she has since changed what she said But the school are in agreement with me that that teacher did say what was said I'm keeping my son off school at the moment But im not sure as to what action to take now ??

Really - how have they admitted that? Get it in writing, then make an official complaint, insisting that the other parent get a written warning about her behaviour or something. I don't see how they can justify nothing for her, but police for you.

the school seem to be very lax like that Just to clarify the two chlidren are mates The woman was shouting about my son getting hers in to trouble because i think they can get a litlle naughty together In saying my son has never had anything but good feedback from the school The woman also took a friend into the class with her I no I'm being a bit extreme but it could easily has escalated to a physical assault I think ?

I had a similar experience when I was about 10 from a parent that was coming into my class to assist the teacher. I was no angel as a kid having quite a few behavioural problems so I imagine I could be quite a handful but the stupid cow had been given me a hard time for months, I never bothered telling my parents until one day she called me an evil little sod, I went home that evening and asked my Dad if he thought I was evil to which he said of course not, who said that? I told him it was Mrs **** and the other stuff she’d called me, when he realised it wasn’t even a proper teacher he stormed in to give the school a piece of his mind. Not sure exactly what happened but she never came in to help again.

yes they say it was gender if it was a man then they would have called the police
