OT- 4mm Electric Cable (for ovens)

Afternoon all,

Does anyone here know where I can buy this by the metre? I have look everwhere and the smallest amount I can find is 25m- and I really dont plan having my oven 25m away from my wall.

Not sure if TLC will do it by the metre. They are a wholesaler so normally do larger orders. There is also CEF round by Halfords in Hove. Probably the same answer though.

Think you should use 6mm - and heres some from wickes in a short length.

Agreed 4mm is to small for an oven. Y

You can normally buy cut lengths from local electrical merchants but end up paying a premium and may work out just as cheap to but a whole roll.

B&Q used to sell cut lengths, not sure if they still do though.

Really? The oven recommends 4mm- so should i go with 6mm then?

cheapest at TLC (S.E.T.S) 81p per metre + VAT OR if you need 6mm T&E it is 1.18 a metre
