Will be attempting renewal today, but noticed that the website is asking for a 'Membership Number' and 'Key ID'.. i know about the key id as it's on the renewal letter, but is the membership number our current Season Ticket account numbers?

pardon my ignorance but what exactly do you get with a 'season ticket'? (cup games, shop discount, etc.)

before anyone says, i live in manchester and so the idea of buying a season ticket for home games is nuttier than squirrel turd.
