Online ST renewal - Fan number and password?

Hi guys,

Haven't been on here for ages so forgive me if this question has been asked before.
I have never renewed my ST online before, always done it in person at the club shop. But this time I don't have time to get down to the shop.

So I want to do it online later when I get home from work. Just had a quick look and it asks for a 'Fan number' and 'Password'. Does anyone know where I can find these? It says that ST should already have this info, but I have never used the site before.

Any help would be great. Cheers
