Anyone clued up on some of these 'free' introductory bets? Surely there's a catch.

I see Betfred are offering a £50 free bet to every new customer, worth taking up?

Yeah, or you'll have to beat x amount to take out your winnings (if you win from the £50 bet).

It's never what it seems.

BET365 are matching whatever you deposit and bet up to £200. The bonus has to be turned over 6 times i believe so i just usually bet on early round tennis matches after i've put my main bets on as people like Nadal, Federer etc. always win!

Just passing on my tips.

some websites such as Betfair offer deals such as place a £10 bet or higher, if it loses we will refund you the money (in the hope that you dont withdraw it, BUT it can be withdrawn)

others offer a similar deal but refund you with betting credits which cant be withdrawn

finally some make you bet your winnings x amount of times before you can withdraw.

i prefer betfair coz it has the better odds, however the minimum bet is £2 compared to others such as Blue Sq which is min. 50p bet

hope it helps..
